Winter Camping - Snow Structures Clinic

Boulder Mountaineering School

The clinic is geared toward those with minimal winter camping experience. The emphasis will be on gear, site selection, cooking and tricks for staying comfortable overnight. Each camper team will level a site, erect a tent, and build a kitchen. If time and weather permit, more experienced campers can build a snow structure and stay the night.

The course consists of one evening lecture and a overnight field trip.
