Our work at the Colorado Mountain Club does not happen without you. 

To maintain our relevancy in exploring Colorado, as our founders intended in 1912, we need your help. There is so much more that we can do to introduce others to the outdoors, just as our family and friends did for us. We have an opportunity to welcome new partners to the mountains, create a new generation of outdoor enthusiasts, and a new group of people willing to give back to their public lands. 

Will you support the Colorado Mountain Club in ensuring generations of Coloradans can recreate in our beautiful state for generations to come? Your donations directly impact our ability to:

  • Train hundreds of new volunteer trip leaders so we can get even more Coloradans outside
  • Expand the scope and number of CMC course offerings
  • Serve thousands of inner-city youth in our Youth Education Program, expanding outdoor access to more communities
  • Increase stewardship opportunities, like building and maintaining our trail systems and protecting our public lands

These events were separated by decades, but they had something in common: the CMC survived each of them because of our dedicated community.
Now we are in a new storm - the novel Coronavirus Pandemic. And we need your help. Will you help us weather this storm?

The Colorado Mountain Club is a non-profit, 501c3 organization. All gifts and donations to the CMC are fully tax-deductible. For donations over $100 individuals will receive a hard copy tax acknowledgement letter in the mail in addition to an electronic form. If you do not wish to receive an additional hard copy, please send an email to office@cmc.org. If this does not apply to you and you still wish to receive a hard copy please send us an email and we can gladly accommodate.
