Payment is due in full 3 business days prior to your programming.

Your group is responsible for covering any and all park entrance fees.

We always encourage re-scheduling before cancellation

• A full refund will be issued if your program date is cancelled more than one month ahead of scheduled date
• A 50% refund will be issued if your program date is cancelled within one month of the scheduled date.
• Small changes to student numbers may be made up to 3 business days before your program.

In the case of severe weather, temperatures below 30 degrees Fahrenheit and snow storms the CMC Youth Education Department reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any class or program.

Your group is expected to provide:

• Signed CMC liability waivers for each students
• Clothing appropriate for the activity
• Lunches, water & snacks as needed
• Minimum of 1 chaperone per about 15 students
  • Behavior management support during program, bringing youth on bathroom breaks, and managing free time.
  • Chaperones will also be responsible for supervising any youth who show up without a waiver
  • Teachers/Chaperones will be expected to fill out demographic and evaluation paperwork on the day of program.

CMC will provide

• Qualified and experienced staff or volunteers delivering high quality instruction and curriculum
• Staff and volunteers that have undergone criminal background checks
• Supervision and risk management within the activity
• Equipment and curriculum supplies necessary for the program
